Ruth Papazian

Ruth is an experienced writer and editor who can tailor online and print content to meet the needs, interests and technical sophistication of a wide variety of audiences and constituents. Ruth specializes in conceiving, launching and managing Web sites and online newsletters that support a client's business objectives, and increase their visibility.

Before teaming up with Diana, Ruth launched Heart Insight, a consumer/patient education magazine about cardiovascular health with a national circulation of 500,000, for the American Heart Association. In 2008, the magazine was awarded a Clairon ("Best Overall External Magazine, Start-Up") from Women in Communications, and was named "Best New Magazine" by the American Society of Healthcare Publications Editors.

Prior to her work on Heart Insight Ruth launched and edited three monthly e-mail newsletters covering computer forensics, forensic accounting and private investigation for litigation support firm Spinelli Corporation. The newsletters, which had a national audience that included clients, prosecutors, corporate counsel, law school professors and judges, won Spotlight awards from the League of American Communications Professionals in 2003 and 2004.

She has also written press releases, backgrounders, brochures, display advertisements, radio/video scripts and other public relations and marketing materials while working as a media consultant to Burson-Marsteller, Ketchum, Porter/Novelli and Rubin Ehrenthal.

Ruth has an M.S. degree in Science and Medical Journalism from NYU Polytechnic, and a B.A. in Mass Communications from Hunter College in New York City.
